Baghouse Total Control Program
The 5 keys to a successful baghouse control program:
How do we go about building this roadmap to success?
Part 1:
Define Standards and Intentions.
Part 2: Maximize bag life (outline only) Part 3: Maximize filtering efficiencies (outline only)
Part 4:
Maximize process airflow rates.
Part 5:
Minimize mechanical downtime and associated costs.

Organization is everything. A baghouse site is busy. Dirty bags; tools; new bags; parts; baghouse crews; safety issues; other crews. It is easy to get behind and to lose focus of what the day's goals are.
Let everyone know what they are doing and what their main job and secondary job roles are.
Keep it simple and safe and create a work flow:
I am sure you get the idea. Its like a symphony that looks and sounds right.
More time is lost in this one area than in all the others put together.
I have gone into much further detail concerning Housekeeping as part of the Subscription Web Site Products
